Regular visitors of our website may have noticed recently the Woodsure Plus Certified By Hetas logo can now been seen on our site. So what exactly does this mean?

Certification of Wood Sure Plus shows the ability to produce or supply fuel to a high quality standard. All of the producers and suppliers in this scheme are ensured to be competent in producing fuel to a suitable specification, in accordance with the Önorm or EN standards.

Competence in supplying quality fuel in a sustainable manner, the administrative paperwork, detail of the timber used, and the processing and supply are all assessed.

Being Woodsure Plus Certified not only ensures that the timber is from a sustainable source, but also that the production and distribution emissions do not outweigh the carbon savings made from not using a fossil fuel.
